Growing up and working in his father’s own pallet company, Beto has done everything from repairing pallets, stacking lumber, driving trucks, running an automated pallet nailing machine to developing company- wide safety programs. Now working with freight forwarders and compliance along with overseeing warehouse production departments to ensure proper preparation and documentation is complete to meet all government regulations. This experience has given the "behind-the scenes" knowledge that is helpful when discussing pallets issues with employees as well as with customers. Beto works from sun up to sun down commencing the day communicating & reinforcing logistic plans, maintaining clear communication and closer co-operation with customer service, material planning, manufacturing, and major supplier/ vendors, and closes the day out coordinating operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needs.

The Pallet Center Inc. is one of the very few pallet companies to be affluent enough to be able to create masterpieces out of a 40,000 sq ft, completely paved enclosed warehouse. This facility situated on 5 acres is ran by two production managers. Handling the new and custom pallets, skids, and crates is Alejandro Orellano and on the opposite end they have Giovanni Mendoza specializing in recycled pallets, skids and crates. Both equally competent in their field of concentration. They are evenly involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes consistently ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct volume is produced at the right cost, time and most importantly at the right level of quality. This pair is capricious at working with their Logistics Supervisor in implementing the company’s policies and goals, while simultaneously taking back all the planning, techniques, and strategies back to their respective teams.

Maribel Jimenez
Accounting Department Manager 

We are delighted to have Maribel leading our Accounting Department in such a diligent form. Most people don’t realize the importance in keeping a business operating without hitches and delays. That’s probably because Accounting Managers oversee many of the back-office functions in a business- as opposed to sales, for example, which is front-line activity, out in the open and in the line of fire. Maribel keeps all the supporting business documents and files in order along with being responsible for keeping track of all purchase orders that have been placed for inventory and all other assets and services that the business buys- from postage to forklifts. Quite literally , a business could not operate if the accounting department did not do these functions efficiently and on time. She’s been excellent at designing a good bookkeeping system and has made sure that everything is always accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.

Chief Executive Officer is one of the most coveted, and least understood positions in a company. Everyone thinks that CEO’s can do whatever they want, are all powerful, and are magically competent. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth. Being responsible for the success or failure of a company will weigh heavily on anyone’s shoulders.  Jacqueline is a woman that has navigated the waters successfully. She is comfortable in her own skin and proud to wear the mantle of power as well as in sharing that power with others. Despite many difficulties, rocky roads and hardships the CEO of The Pallet Center, Inc. has finally gathered her golden team. She now oversees operations, marketing, human resources, safety compliance and sales department undeviatingly. Although most officers are a ghost figure to their companies, Jacqueline is an exception..she is involved in every decision, making sure its carefully made with intelligence and passion while always exceeding expectations of clients. As a woman in a Man’s Industry she is wise and humble enough to know that without her highly qualified employees her dreams and plans wouldn’t amount to much. Her Motto; “When things don’t go the way you want, take responsibility- whether or not it’s your fault.
